We inaugurated our new outdoor seating area in the garden in glorious sunshine. Our Managing Director, Max Oblinger, invites the Gammel Engineering team to celebrate his milestone birthday.

In its study "The energy transition needs a digital market design", the Berlin-based Stiftung Neue Verantwortung e.V. (SNV) calls for, among other things, a radical rethink of exchange pricing for electricity. If the medium-term goal of "100 percent renewable energy supply for Germany" is to become a reality rather than a platitude, there can be no "business as usual".

So far, the much-vaunted "energy transition has only been an electricity transition. But we also want a heat transition."

"Absolutely necessary for the energy transition." These are the words of all those who are in favor of the massive expansion of the German extra-high-voltage electricity grids: politicians, business representatives, transmission grid managers.

On Saturday, 11.02.2017, we set off for Austria in the early hours of the morning. Our destination: the Fieberbrunn - Leogang - Saalbach - Hinterglemm ski resort.

On Thursday, 01.12.2016, our annual after-work event took place to get us in the mood for the Advent season.

The English course for our employees started on 27.09.2016. In cooperation with the Management College in Eastern Bavaria, we are offering a "refresher course" for our team.

We enjoyed our company outing on Saturday, 10.09.2016, in beautiful summer weather. This year was once again a family outing, with partners and children joining us.

We warmly welcome our new trainees Ms. Hannah Nutz and Mr. Al Hamoud Khalid to our team. We wish them both a good start at Gammel Enginerring.
