Rising energy and raw material prices can be counteracted by using sustainable energy technologies and thus reducing CO2 emissions. This not only significantly reduces cost explosions, but also reduces your own ecological footprint. Pioneers in the dairy industry are also focusing on this.

Some people are simply indispensable in a company - Thomas "Tom" Winkler is one of them. He started with us around 25 years ago as a young engineer and grew from project manager to project manager to authorized signatory. With a great deal of passion and dedication, he has become a permanent fixture in our management team. But above all, Tom is a real team player who always has an open ear, is always willing to help and makes everyday life easier with his good humor.

On July 28, we bid farewell to our long-time colleague Martina Sommerer after almost 18 years of well-deserved retirement - or, as she herself calls it, "unrestful retirement".

What do you do when the weather forecast says rain and wind instead of sun? That's right: you barbecue anyway! Our planned barbecue had to be moved spontaneously - but our bistro was transformed into a summery feel-good zone in a flash. After all, who needs sunshine when the whole team is beaming with joy?

Abensberg - Berufsbildungswerk: A day full of pride, joy and applause: 89 graduates celebrated their successful completion of training last week - a milestone on the way to a self-determined life. More than half of them have already secured an employment contract or a place at university.

What a day, what a run, what a team! Thousands of runners, a buzzing atmosphere and our five power heroes right in the middle: Mike, Tobi, Max, Johannes and Mert - ready to give it their all for 5.2 kilometers through Regensburg!

Last Friday at Gammel Engineering, the focus was on steam and condensate technology - still a key medium in high-temperature energy transfer. In an intensive in-house training course, Jennifer Neumann from GESTRA provided the theoretical foundation, while André Stucke made the practical transfer possible directly on site with the mobile test bench.

We are particularly pleased that our boss Michael has invited us to a cheerful celebration in our bistro today. We are celebrating his 65th birthday with him. With delicious food, refreshing drinks and inspiring conversations, we are leaving everyday life behind us and coming together in a convivial atmosphere.

Sustainability, education and social commitment are not just empty words for us at Gammel Engineering - they are part of our DNA. That is why we are particularly pleased to be supporting Tim, the son of our esteemed colleague Ingrid Stierstorfer, with an extraordinary project.

The municipality of Gräfelfing is taking a bold and determined step forward: it is now assuming full responsibility for its forward-looking geothermal project itself - a clear step towards climate-neutral heat supply and municipal independence!
