On 27.10.2022, Gammel Engineering GmbH presented itself at the CONNECTA company contact fair. For 25 years now, students and company representatives have been brought into personal contact on the OTH Regensburg campus. Our management, represented by Dr. Stefanie Reil and Max Oblinger, were able to make many contacts throughout the day and the great interest in our Gammel Engineering family was overwhelming. It is always a pleasure to be in contact with young, committed people. Gammel Engineering GmbH is looking forward to our future employees and to the next CONNECTA!

How nice that we were able to enjoy our traditional duck dinner together again last night. The ducks at Gasthaus Landendinger in Tollbach were excellent as always and the atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful. A great start to the last quarter of 2022. Thanks to our dear Ingrid Stierstorfer for organizing it. We look forward to next year!

With Naturenergie Cham, our team achieved a "great success" more than 10 years ago. The strategic goals of Käserei Goldsteig and Stadtwerke Cham formed the basis for the local energy supplier's business model. We have succeeded in stabilizing the energy costs of our heating customers at a very low level from today's perspective - an extremely important location and competitive factor! And the added value from the fuel supply and the operation of the combined heat and power plant and district heating remains in the region - a double benefit!

The current interest in proven solutions for sustainably low energy costs and safe, clean energy from forest wood is enormous. Our flagship project Naturenergie Cham has been proving the resilience of the business model for 10 years.

The energy partnership between Käserei Goldsteig and Naturenergie Cham GmbH has been proving its worth for over 10 years. Natural wood is the energy source - and unlike fossil fuels, it grows back every day.

The reason for a small celebration was Ingrid Stierstorfer's 25th anniversary with the company on 01.09.2022.

After 2 years of a painful Corona break, we were finally able to invite all employees and their partners back to Box 1 in the Kuchlbauer tent on Gillamoos Friday.

On Friday evening, our long-standing authorized signatory, key account, physics expert... and above all good friend Dieter celebrated his 60th birthday. At Helmut Schwögler's restaurant, of course, with the highest dining pleasure.

Last Friday was the day: company outing! The weather threw a spanner in the works of our original plans: we wanted to go canoeing on the Danube and the canal between Bad Abbach and Kelheim - after 6 weeks of midsummer without a drop of rain, this was the first rainy day. Our alternative program was different - but great!

Enabling sustainable living with low ancillary costs for employees and especially for young families - that was the goal of Michael Gammel from Abensberg in Bavaria. With his company Gammel Engineering GmbH, he has been planning and implementing energy efficiency concepts for municipalities, districts and buildings for 35 years.
