Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized.
One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl has been a reliable fixture at Gammel Engineering.
Today, we not only celebrated his anniversary with the company but also recognized his professional and personal growth, as well as the remarkable development of the team, which he has significantly shaped over many years.
His story began in the summer of 2005 as an intern while studying mechanical engineering. During his studies, Florian worked part-time at Gammel Engineering and actively supported his colleagues at the time.
After successfully completing his diploma exam in 2007, he transitioned to a full-time position effective February 1, 2007.
Today, Florian works as an independent project planner and manager. All of his completed and ongoing projects involve more than just individual systems.
It’s about our clients’ technical transformation—and thus precisely what Gammel Engineering stands for: customized, technology-neutral, and economically viable energy concepts.
We at Gammel Engineering are particularly proud of this.

CONNECTA is Bavaria’s largest student-organized career fair and a place where the business community and the next generation of professionals can truly engage in dialogue. We were there again in 2026: On October 21 and 22, we showcased our company on the OTH Regensburg campus at the fair’s 30th edition.
