The congratulations took place on site in Cham, while the rest of the team joined in via video. The laudatory speech was held by Max Oblinger, who paid tribute to Thomas' career and personality.
Since joining the company on February 1, 2006, Thomas has followed a path that has left its mark. From an electrical engineer, he has developed into a system planner with a "broad chest" and a wide range of skills. His technical knowledge combined with practical experience makes him an indispensable expert in the company.
What particularly sets Thomas apart is his role as a mentor. As head of the Cham branch, Thomas has not only built it up, but also shaped it - without him, the branch would not exist in this form. An important milestone was the granting of power of attorney in July 2021 - a visible sign of trust and recognition for Thomas' responsible work.
Thomas has his heart in the right place and often speaks directly and bluntly from the heart. He stands for clear announcements and orientation: his motto is not "Can it be done?", but rather:

The Verein zur Förderung krebskranker und körperbehinderter Kinder Ostbayern (VKKK) supports children and young people with cancer and their families with care, financial assistance and practical support.
Gammel Engineering worked with the customer to plan and technically implement an emergency steam boiler system in order to secure the process-side steam supply of chemical and special materials producer Nabaltec AG in the long term.
