Gammel Engineering GmbH equips the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin-Neukölln with a new energy center.
Lebensmitteltechnik" also reports on the energy supply concept at Schneider Weisse in its ePaper and online on its website. The very interesting report in Energy Management explains how the wheat beer brewery has managed to ensure a sustainable and future-proof supply. Gammel Engineering was responsible for planning and implementing the sustainable energy concept.
In the January/February issue of the online magazine "Deutsches Ingenieurblatt", an exciting and detailed report on the heat supply at Vivantes Hospital Berlin was published at the beginning of February - we at Gammel Engineering were able to plan and supervise the execution of this highly complex project.
A highly interesting report about the energy pioneers appeared in the online edition of Focus magazine on March 12, 2023. The forward-looking energy concept of the Schneider Weisse brewery is the industry reference. Focus shows how the innovative Kelheim brewery has managed to largely move away from fossil fuels.
DIBAG is building a new logistics and production hall with 20,000 m² of floor space in Allershausen at Eggenberger Feld. The concrete pillars are rising rapidly and construction is progressing.
In its February issue, the renowned trade journal Management & Krankenhaus (newspaper for decision-makers in the healthcare sector) reports on our lighthouse CHP project in Berlin-Neukölln. With this investment, the hospital is creating security of supply and sustainable stabilization of energy costs. Read the full article below.
"Planned, accompanied, monitored" - this is how IKF Fachplaner headlines its article on the excellent and successful collaboration with Vivantes-Klinikum Berlin-Neukölln.
In issue 3/2023, Holz-Zentralblatt reports on one of our many successful contributions to climate protection: our involvement in the energy partnership between Naturenergie Cham and Bayerwald-Käserei Goldsteig for more than 10 years. We stand behind our consulting and engineering services, including investment and operational support. We develop creative energy projects for our clients as if it were our own investment. Enclosed you will find the detailed report in the HZ.
Welcome to our family! Last weekend, the newspaper MZ reported on the hurdles faced by our dear new employee Yücel Yasa from Istanbul. The system planner from Turkey is happy in Abensberg, as is the entire engineering team. After more than 3 years and many surprises, we were finally able to welcome the CAD designer with her husband and 6-year-old son in Abensberg.
As Chairman of the Kelheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce committee, our Managing Director Michael Gammel expressed his assessment and expectations regarding the Amazon settlement in Rohr/Stocka in a considered but clear manner. The logistics park is a great opportunity for our district and enhances our attractive economic region. After all, according to the project development, around 1500 new jobs will be created - people need additional living space. Modern concepts with employee housing are also available in the surrounding communities. In addition, there is a unique opportunity to combine renewable energy (e.g. PV, wind or biomass) for heating/air conditioning with mobility via electric or hydrogen vehicles. From the outset, sound models must be used to set the course for smooth integration into the region and demanded by the approval authorities.
Looking back one year after the ceremonial blessing of the iKWK plant: The Gammel Engineering team worked closely with the Bad Reichenhall public utility company to develop the concept for the innovative energy center for the pioneering district heating project and planned the entire technology. This flagship project was made possible thanks to iKWK federal funding. The result is a heating network with a route length of approx. 7.5 km. Natural gas CHP units, groundwater heat pumps and a power-to-heat system, combined with a large heat storage tank and a peak load boiler, cover the heat demand.
District heating expansion is a key component of the energy transition. The demand for "clean", CO2-free heat from natural wood chips is also unbroken in Hersbruck. Together with our energy partner HEWA, Naturenergie Hersbruck has been expanding for years. A tripling of the buffer volume to compensate for peak loads in the grid by 50 cubic meters is currently being completed and commissioned. Many thanks to the companies involved and above all to our operator team at ForstServiceGmbh for the perfect handling on site.
