On July 6, 2026, a new residential building operated by the Barmherzige Brüder’ disability services was inaugurated at Rosenstraße 25 in Taufkirchen.
Twenty-four people with disabilities have found a new home in the building.
The building offers 1,693 square meters of living space and includes twelve wheelchair-accessible residential units. The living spaces are complemented by small lounge areas within the individual units as well as a large common room.
Planning for the inclusive housing project began in 2018, the groundbreaking took place in November 2023, and the first residents moved in in September 2025.
The dedication was accompanied by a blessing ceremony featuring musical performances.

Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized. One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl is a reliable member of the Gammel Engineering team.
