Obituary: Martin Zieglmeier
With deep sorrow and great respect, we bid farewell to an extraordinary and kind-hearted person who, with his loyal and confident demeanor, was always a role model for the entire company.
At Gammel Engineering, we don't just work - we enjoy it too. To get us all into the Christmas spirit, we took a trip to the Christmas market together yesterday.
Our evening began with a stroll through the historic town of Abensberg. We were guided by Franz Piendl as Count Ulrich III, one of the descendants of Count Babo, who laid the foundations of the town of Abensberg.
Afterwards, we warmed up again at the Christmas market at the Kuchlbauer Tower with a cup of mulled wine and a hearty tarte flambée.
We are ready for the last few weeks of 2013 and are looking forward to the "staade Zeit" with friends and family!

Today we celebrated a special anniversary: Florian Prantl has been with Gammel Engineering for 20 years. Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized. One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl is a reliable member of the Gammel Engineering team.
In 2026, Gammel Engineering was once again ready to head to the Gillamoos! Together with our partners, we kicked off the “fifth season” in Abensberg on Friday, as is our tradition.
