At the "Kramerbräu site", around 3,000 m of district heating lines have now been laid from the natural wood heating plant to more than 110 house connections. Heat is generated using a wood chip boiler; the fuel is natural wood chips from regional forestry and landscape conservation. This means that the heat supply to the apartments is almost CO2-neutral. We continuously monitor the growth of the entire district heating ring main system and simulate the expansion steps with STANET. This ensures maximum efficiency and maximum security of supply.
