In addition, the management of the restaurant is of great importance. As down-to-earth entrepreneurs, Reinhold and Monika Forster focus on sustainability in their concept. The new 35 kW natural gas cogeneration plant is therefore a competitive advantage in economic terms and a key component of the company strategy in ecological terms. The combined generation of electricity and heat reduces and stabilizes energy costs and saves considerably on primary energy and CO2 emissions, and the plant will go into operation in good time before the deadline of 31 July 2014. Yoga has been an integral part of our company routine for exactly one year now! Every Tuesday after work, around 8 to 12 employees meet for a yoga session with Susanne Ohneis. What originally began as a test phase has now become a fixed part of our health program - and many colleagues can no longer imagine their weekly schedule without it.
