Our experienced yoga teacher Susanne Ohneis gets us moving and shows us how to become more flexible, relaxed, balanced and healthy through targeted exercises. The classes are perfect for bringing body and mind into harmony - and the best thing about it is that it's twice as much fun together with your colleagues.
