Obituary: Martin Zieglmeier
With deep sorrow and great respect, we bid farewell to an extraordinary and kind-hearted person who, with his loyal and confident demeanor, was always a role model for the entire company.
With great personal commitment, they collect donations for children with cancer and serious illnesses on their tour. This impressive initiative has been moving people for many years and makes concrete help possible.
As a company that assumes responsibility not only in technical projects, but also in social interaction, this commitment is a real concern for us.
It is initiatives like the Glückstour that show what can happen when perseverance, cohesion and personal commitment are geared towards a common goal.
The Glückstour des Schornsteinfegerhandwerks is one of the largest private aid campaigns in Germany. Since 2006, the participants have been involved on a voluntary basis, collecting donations on their annual bike tours and bringing them directly and without deduction to the supported institutions and affected families.
We wish the Glückstour 2026 a good journey, many supportive encounters and above all a great fundraising success.
For more information on the tour, visit the official Glückstour website.

Today we celebrated a special anniversary: Florian Prantl has been with Gammel Engineering for 20 years. Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized. One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl is a reliable member of the Gammel Engineering team.
In 2026, Gammel Engineering was once again ready to head to the Gillamoos! Together with our partners, we kicked off the “fifth season” in Abensberg on Friday, as is our tradition.
