Goldsteig cheese dairy - dmz Deutsche Molkerei Zeitung reports
Of course, we are delighted that our team was also able to help develop and plan the future of energy at the Goldsteig cheese dairy at the other new site in Stephansposching. At Goldsteig's headquarters in Cham, the energy partnership with Naturenergie Cham via their natural wood steam cogeneration plant, which we also planned, has been running smoothly for 10 years. Goldsteig also produces there with regeneratively generated energy and with consistently regional added value!
In Stephansposching, the cheese dairy company has remained true to these principles and obtains process steam and heat from the neighboring paper mill. Sustainability is a top priority at Goldsteig - even when working with us as a technical engineering company!
We would like to thank you for the many years of trust in our expertise when it comes to energy and technology!
Michael and Gudrun Gammel's brother-in-law, Martin Kundler from Neustadt an der Donau, has been a passionate hobby gardener for many years. His large garden with numerous trees and lots of vegetables is a real treasure trove of nature.
After a long period of planning, lots of ideas and countless hours, the time has finally come: our new homepage is live! We are looking forward to your feedback!
FUTURE-proof concepts against the energy shock in milk and cheese production
Rising energy and raw material prices can be counteracted by using sustainable energy technologies and thus reducing CO2 emissions. This not only significantly reduces cost explosions, but also reduces your own ecological footprint. Pioneers in the dairy industry are also focusing on this.
