Opening of new building for Landshut Chamber of Crafts
With the opening ceremony, the extension of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts was officially handed over to its destination.
In addition to the two workshops for agricultural machinery vehicles and construction machinery, the associated training rooms, master craftsmen's offices, sanitary facilities and a state-of-the-art multifunctional conference room were also built.
The conference room can be divided into 3 separate units so that it can also be used for testing and training purposes.
The new building is supplied with media via underground pipes from the existing heating and media center.
The heating energy comes from the district heating network of Stadtwerke Landshut and thus from the biomass cogeneration plant in the immediate vicinity.
The team from Gammel Engineering planned the service water supply, heating, ventilation technology with exhaust gas extraction, compressed air, roof drainage with soakage trenches and the entire measurement and control technology.
