Project news: 12 MW seawater heat pump

We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.

This project is something very special for us:

• Innovative heat from Lake Berzdorf: renewable energy becomes modern district heating here - efficient, regional and forward-looking.
• Cross-border & connecting: Stadtwerke Görlitz Aktiengesellschaft and Zgorzelec show what real European cooperation looks like in practice - with a common goal: a sustainable heat supply for the region.
• Heat transition you can touch: UNITED HEAT brings together climate protection, security of supply and technological innovation - exactly the kind of projects we love.

We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and look forward to contributing our experience, passion and engineering skills to this extraordinarily exciting project.
