In the first phase, the project process according to BIM and the process plan were discussed using the example of a complex project. The areas of structural engineering, daywork planning and technical trades were analyzed and discussed.
In further working group meetings, the individual requirements of process planning, in particular the service phases 1-3, were examined in detail, processes and interlocking requirements of the trades were developed in the project team and presented and discussed in the overall round.
All participants agreed: "BIM and LEAN" are the keys to successful projects in the future.
The common success in the overall project and the satisfaction of all planning partners is the big goal!

The Catholic Youth Welfare Service (KJF) is building a shared living community in Rohr i. NB with four residential units for a total of 24 adults with disabilities. And not on the outskirts, but right in the heart of town. This is exactly what inclusion in action looks like.
